As a first-generation business owner, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey back in 2005, venturing into uncharted territory by utilizing Virtual Assistants (or Virtual Employees) when the concept of VAs was far from common. These early days were a test of both innovation and adaptability, but they laid the foundation for my success. Over the years, I have meticulously honed my skills in hiring and managing VAs, learning the art of delegation and effective communication.
